Terms of service
Last updated June 17, 2026
These terms cover your use of saasexplainer.video and the video production service offered through it. By placing an order, you agree to them.
The service
We produce a done-for-you SaaS explainer video, around sixty seconds, built from your live URL and brief. The deliverable includes a 16:9 master and, where requested, a 9:16 vertical cut, with voiceover, captions, and a music bed.
Orders and pricing
Prices are shown in US dollars and are set by a founder ramp: the price rises as the number of completed orders grows. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay; it is locked to your order at that moment. The live counter on the site reflects the real number of orders, not a marketing figure.
Payment
Payment is collected up front through Stripe’s hosted checkout. We do not see or store your card details. Production begins after payment clears and you submit your brief.
Revisions and refunds
We do not offer refunds. Instead, you get up to 5 rounds of revisions to get the video matching the brief. Each round is turned around within 1 to 3 business days, and you agree to include specific notes (timestamps and the exact changes you want) with each request. Full details are on the guarantee page. A “refunded” status exists only for genuine exceptions such as a payment dispute or duplicate charge.
Your content and license
You confirm you have the right to the URL, brand assets, and any files you send us, and you grant us the license needed to use them to produce your video. We may feature completed work in our portfolio and marketing. If you need your project kept private, tell us before production starts.
Ownership of the final video
Once your order is paid in full, you own the delivered video and may use it however you like. We retain the underlying tools, components, and techniques used to make it.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service for unlawful, deceptive, or infringing content. We may decline or stop work that we reasonably believe breaches this.
Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided on an “as is” basis. We do not guarantee a specific increase in signups or revenue; conversion depends on factors beyond the video. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the studio’s place of business. Any dispute will be handled there.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here on the date of your order.
