Why no refunds
Video is custom work. Once we’ve done the positioning, written the script, and built the animation, the time is spent and can’t be recovered. So instead of a refund window, you get something more useful: up to five rounds of revisions to get it right. The risk of “what if I don’t like it” is handled by fixing it, round by round.
What the five rounds cover
Each round revises the video against the brief you approved: pacing, copy, visuals, voiceover, timing, the works. There’s no per-change fee within a round, so send all your notes together and we work through them. Most videos are right within one or two rounds.
The one boundary is scope. Revisions refine the video we agreed to make. A brand-new direction, a different product, or a longer format is a new project with its own price. We’ll always tell you plainly which side of that line a request falls on before doing the work.
How to request a revision
Reply to the delivery email with timestamps and specific notes. Each round takes 1 to 3 business days, so the more detailed your notes (timestamps, the exact change you want), the fewer rounds it takes. We send back a new cut for your review.
A human reviews every frame
Before anything reaches you, someone checks the render against the brief and the script. That review is why most videos need only a round or two.
One operational note
A “refunded” status exists in our system for genuine exceptions like a payment dispute or a duplicate charge. It is not an offered path, and it doesn’t change the policy above. Questions? Email [email protected].
