This policy explains what SaaS Explainer collects and how we handle it. We keep data collection to what the service actually needs.

What we collect

• Contact and order details: your email, name if you give it, your site URL, and the brief you send.
• Files you upload for your project, such as logos, screenshots, and recordings.
• Basic technical data your browser sends, like IP address and device type, used to keep the site running and secure.

We do not collect or store payment card details. Payments are handled by Stripe.

How we use it

• To produce, review, and deliver your video.
• To contact you about your order and respond to questions.
• To run and protect the site.

Processors we rely on

• Stripe for payments.
• Cloudflare R2 for storing the files you upload.
• Resend for transactional email.
• Railway for hosting and our database.

Each processes data only to provide its part of the service, under its own terms and security.

Cookies

We use a small number of essential cookies. See the cookie policy for details.

Retention

We keep order records and project files for as long as needed to deliver the work, support revisions, and meet legal and accounting obligations. Ask us to delete your project files once your video is final and we will, unless we’re required to keep a record.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected]and we’ll handle it.

What we don’t do

We don’t sell your data, and we don’t run third-party advertising trackers on this site.

Children

This service is for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 18.
